Had windows installed in February. Yesterday November 14th, noticed some of the weatherstripping coming loose on the bottom window will. Called Jason Woodcock who we purchased the windows with and told him about it. He said he would get it fixed asap. He was not kidding, within an hour we had a call from a technician named Brad that came out and fixed the issue. Everett was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Very friendly of course too. But what he brought that other companies didn't was his design eye. Instead of just offering to replace what we have, he asked what we wanted to do, and then made suggestions that we right on point. The appt took longer that I'd hoped, but when you spending that much money, I guess it warrants that time.
