It was fine. Rep was informative. Didn't care for a) the fact that the appt ran well over the hour time slot, and b) that the overage wasn't even mentioned, as though my time was the rep's to use as he saw fit, but that's more about sales in general than this rep/company in particular. I just dislike the presumption.
