Vince was a wonderful salesman . From the minute he walked in, his pleasant demeanor and his whole approach. He explained every technical aspect of your windows very explicitly and in an easy to understand way. He did not pressure me in any way i felt uncomfortable about. It's a shame in him not getting the sale immediately he will not get the credit if i do choose your company. Maybe something you should change. Vince is a real asset to your company.
