Our windows are not installed yet so this review is only about the sales representative. He was knowledgeable and explained their product very thoroughly. The presentation is LONG and they need to seriously consider shortening it!! By the time it becomes time to discuss the cost you are “drained/done.” They also STRONGLY push their top dollar window and get frustrated when you ask about interest in their lower line window to the point I felt like he didn’t support or talk positively about those two lower line windows.
