Sale meeting was good and able to come to agreement on price. Installation set up and communication on that was very poor and took several attempts to get answers when the installation would be scheduled. Once I finally received an installation date, communication improved. Installation team was great

Among three total window companies and their representatives, we found Eric’s presentation and sincerity to be the most reassuring. His mention of warranty, company history and mission statement led us to contract for our casement windows and installation through Eric and Window Nation’. As a retired builder and former district sales manager for Makita Power Tools, I admired his professionalism and honesty in this purchase for our home.
