It was a great experience, your sales rep Ken Fulton arrived at my house a good 10 minutes earlier then scheduled appointment. Which to me is very impressive. Once in my home he was very professional and could not have been more knowledgeable about the windows from colors to material or types. Because of him I purchased the windows.

We had doubts about whether or not we would do our project this year due to other projects and the expense of windows. Not only did James Kempton make it affordable for us but he also gave us all options including a partial job completion that made it fit perfect for our budget.
