Jonathan Stupar came out & explained everything in simple terms, demonstrating the product, explaining the pros & cons of each window & going over our window needs. Karl was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He wasnt just a salesman, but more like a ball full of knowledge. My husband and myself had no clue about windows and what we should be looking for in a window, and Karl did the best job at explaining everything. He was very patient and thorough.
