John Hoffacker was very helpful and informative about all of the window options and financial choices. I learned a lot more about windows than I thought I knew. He even demonstrated efficiency and showed us examples of different types of windows. I am glad to be a customer of this company just by the hospitality and openess of the information that was given. From the moment Andy came to our home, he was polite and friendly. He took his time with explaining all of the different options for windows and included our daughter in the demonstration.
