William was "extra weird" 😄 He did a great job and made us feel secure in our decision. We have had some unpleasant prior home improvement experiences so were hesitant to hire someone new. We are hoping that the products and company live up to the promises so that we can rely on them for additional services.

Every part of the window process from scheduling the estimate to the install was flawless and even ahead of schedule. David is a wonderful account manager who put our minds at ease. We were worried about having a larger company perform our job after reading some horror stories about them, but David priced us where I was expecting, and I believe in the product they deliver.
