Dae is friendly and very personable. I appreciated how he made sure to touch on certain points to differentiate the company and product without being too “salesy.” I felt he knew the product well and about the competition. I had concerns since it would be my first time having to go through my community’s HOA approval process, but Dae talked through that and assured me he could be a support and accessible if I had any challenges.
