Brian came for an estimate and ended up feeling more like family. He was super thorough and caring. He explained every detail and answered every question with truthfulness and care. We were a bit confused by receiving a lower price after our consultation and a different point of contact. That said, Chris S receives 5 stars from us for the time and service he provided. Chris Shaffer was on time, professional, extremely caring and understood our challenges. Very pleasant non-pressuring evaluation. Brian was down to earth and not pushy. I appreciate that very much. Pushy is a big turn off to me. We will be getting our install in a few weeks. Looking forward to this project.
