Jad was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He knew his product inside and out and understood what I was looking for in a quality product so as not to waste time showing me products I wouldn’t want. One aspect of his visit that worked really well, in my opinion, was showing me the heat lamp demonstration.
