The process from sale to installation was relatively straight forward. We did have a miss-understanding with respect to two picture windows that were replaced as we originally believed we would be able to keep the existing windows and only replace the exterior panes. Unfortunately, we also had 3 windows arrive for installation which were the wrong size which led to a delay in completion of the job and the need to replace the original windows which had already been removed.
