Each part of the project was handled professionally. Staff answered all my questions before moving to next step. I had sliders removed and smaller French doors installed. The install team did a good job of extending the wall to close up the space. There was a minor issue with a handle the day after install due to doors settling into the space. A technician was able to come out in 2 days. He made sure to inspect all of the other windows before he left. All of the team was responsive, wanted me to love my new door and window... read more
