Chris was amazing in his presentation. He explained everything in specific detail. We did not realize how damaged our windows were. He answered all of our questions and concerns, both on the necessity of the windows we needed and the financial aspect of it. It was enjoyable to hear his knowledge of the windows we selected for our home. Looking forward to do more business with Chris in the future, particularly siding and doors for our home. He gave us a feeling of relaxation and security. Well done!👍

I was Leary about buying new windows as i know they are very costly. Chris was very down to earth and very knowledgeable and made me feel more comfortable with the process. It was very practical and pain free getting everything set up. I felt good about the experience and about finally replacing my windows.

Salesperson talked very little about products and more how u were better than the competitors. Mostly talked about price and trying to get me signed up. Too pushy for me.

Overall our experience with Cory was great. He was well educated on the product and competitors. He answered questions thoroughly, and he felt genuine. We didn’t feel pushed into purchasing, and we trust that we’ve made a solid investment decision. Our only note would be to have your operators provide a more accurate length of time for the estimate process. We were told it would be an hour, so we scheduled the process for the evening.
