Mike, my sales rep, delivered a very detailed presentation about the windows I was interested in purchasing. I had a long list of questions and each one was answered either through Mike’s presentation or after it. There was no “hard sell” for which I appreciate. My window buying experience has been good and I have no reason to believe the installation will be any different.

Great communication to set the appointment up. Similar excellent communication when the sales rep’s previous appointment was running long. Great sales rep-he knew his product well, very flexible working with us to find out what it was we needed, and was very open to working with us to find a product and price that best fit our needs. Michael was great! Communicated very clearly and showed us all our options. He also showed patience when letting my spouse and I decide what we think is best for our home. When reviewing prices, he was able to break down and show us the cost of everything and what comes with each.
