Nowell Kern assisted us with replacement windows for our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain why our old windows failed and did a great job explaining the differences with Window Nation's windows and their warranty. We felt very comfortable moving forward with our replacement windows project after speaking with Nowell.

I had such an amazing experience with Bill yesterday. He's the full package. He's professional,.knows everything about the product and the company. His presentation held my full attention.
