We had a great experience with Nowell. We are first time homeowners and this is the first larger expense for the house and Nowell made it a very quick and easy process. We didn’t know much about windows except that we needed new ones and Nowell was very knowledgeable and answered any questions on a easy to understand way.

Grace was excellent! She started with asking about our needs and then gave details about the company and the windows. She was very personable and at one point it did not feel like a product sales session. There was no sales pressure and next steps were all explained thoroughly. She was great!
