The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we never received a reminder near the time of instillation. At this point, we are inundated with confirmation or reminders of tasks to be completed ever day by our phones. I have become so accustomed to those prompts that the lack of acknowledgement, in this case, caused me to question whether I had the date and time correct. Overall, I would prefer less communication from the services I subscribe to, but this went a little too far. I would suggest sending out a text OR email... read more
