Jack was a very nice guy. Jack seems very knowledgeable with window designs. The appointment was delayed twice today. Once because the appointment before mine ran late. I can understand that but it would have been nice to know further in advance. Not six minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Then delayed because of traffic in a rural setting.
