I am very happy with Window Nation and the staff that I worked with through the entire process. Reagan's knowledge of the product and of the process it takes to replace all windows in my home was my deciding factor to purchase from Window Nation. She was able to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about the process. Andrea Peterson was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We did not have any questions after we signed our contract. The install was delayed. The crew was. They installed the windows in one day. I think that the installer should have been able to communicate with us in English. He was very nice. My account was thur Synchrony bank and I am trying to work with them to get the no interest for 18 months. account

Jon came out for an estimate. He was very thorough and helpful as far as talking through the installation and features on the window. Talk through costume gave us a full breakdown. The meeting went quite a bit longer than we anticipated, but we were glad that he stopped over.
