Morgan was on time and was very pleasant and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and did a very informative presentation - so informative that we ended up purchasing windows even though we really had no intention of doing it that day! She was helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about us choosing a quality product without breaking the bank. We hope we will be as happy with the rest of our Window Nation experience as we were with Morgan.
