If Cortney did not know the answer, she quickly reached out to upper management for answers, which she received. We really appreciate having her in our home. Because of her thorough presentations, we are strongly considering purchasing windows from Window Nation.

After years of getting quotes and being sold on things I don’t need, I was dreading this appointment honestly. I’ve been down this road before and it always has me coming away with the ick. I was truly pleasantly surprised by Morgan and how she was willing to work with our budget, try to get us what we wanted, and was kind and personable. I’m kind of worried to continue to get quotes for our home needs, she raised the bar too high.

Morgan did an excellent job. She was very professional on time and courteous. Most importantly, she listened to our needs and our concerns and address them to our satisfaction /she gave us a complete rundown on the features of the windows and we were able to quickly decide on the windows that fit our needs. The pricing was easily explained and the deal was close to our satisfaction. We are now looking forward to having our new windows installed within the next 8 to 10 weeks.
