We had a great experience with Roy. He went the extra mile and spent extra time making sure we understood what we were buying and how it would be done. We are so thankful for Roy and his professionalism, knowledge and kindness. We feel we got a fair price for a good product. Window nation was very professional. They were in/out in 2 days for 25 custom windows. They are well above 5 stars. Morgan was a great salesperson and led us thru what we thought was going to be a big process easily and forthcoming. The install crew was phenomenal.

My review is with regard to the process of the demonstration and quote that Kent provided. Kent came to my home, measured my windows, and provided detailed information on window options and associated costs. He was very personable and patient. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase their product. It was a very positive experience. Sales process was fantastic! Sales rep Morgan was kind, thorough and very knowledgeable about the product, and what sets Window Nation apart from the competition. Pricing was fantastic, and we signed up for much-needed window replacement during the visit. We've met with several companies over the past could of years, and this was the first one that we really felt great about using. Excited to get the new windows installed!!

Roy Moser really helped me. Was ready to cancel whole order but he came through and able to get all but 4 out of 27 windows replaced.
