This was our first time purchasing windows and to be honest we didn’t realize just how much went into it all. Klaudia was extremely knowledgeable about the products she was selling and at no point felt overly pushy to make a sale with us. My wife and I were shocked (in a good way) at the deal we got and it was thanks to her going the extra mile for us. We can’t wait to get our new windows.

Klaudia was fantastic! She was behind on her schedule and she still took her time with us. We went into this not knowing anything about windows or different qualities we should look for, but Klaudia was very patient and polite while she explained everything and got us a great deal.
