My windows have not been installed yet, but I rated Chris, my salesman this, he came to my home and was so nice and he honestly felt like a friend. He was honest and very nice! The next day we had an issue and it was resolved very quickly by Chris. Chris also saved me and my dog from a costly vet visit. While we were filling out paper work my 3 month old puppy got a sponge, Chris noticed it and immediately grabbed it.. I cannot tell you how thankful I was. My 2nd measurement is tomorrow.
