Your salesman Chris was 10 minutes late, but that was no problem for us. He apologized and explained the previous appointment was longer than expected. He showed us samples of the windows, explained all the different levels of efficiency and showed us all of our discounts. Did preliminary measurements And suggested consolidating two joining windows into one which would save us a little money. All in all the appointment went very well and so far we’re satisfied with the price.
