Two of the windows where made incorrectly. Took a long time to have those two windows installed. Tried to contact someone but would not get a response. Then when I finnally was able to talk to someone I was told I was going to recieve a $500.00 voucher for my inconvinience and that never happend.

They came out and guaranteed me that the opening of my door with blinds are 25 inches when they put it in it was only 22 they say they were gonna compensate me because I could’ve got a $2000 cheaper somewhere else and they haven’t done that and it’s been two months

They told me that I would have a designer working with me going through different styles of windows and pricing. I did not have that I worked with talked to too many different people. The people that came out to do the job did a very poor job to find out it was a subcontractor. They didn’t put the windows in right they got black caulking everywhere they broke my tropical plants in front of the windows. Didn’t even try to not break them had screws everywhere. Poor communication I still do not have my screens for my sliders and I am waiting to have a window repaired or replaced. I had to call multiple times to find the status of my missing items and repair.
