1. Workers did not want to caulk gaps in areas around install when old doors were removed. Had to implore them to stop and fill in the gaps. 2. Workers did not have matching wood stain to complete the job. Had to wait about 3 weeks for staining to be completed. 3.Inside door latches were not intalled well; handles on locking latches could not be turned into horizontal positios for locking doors. 4. Screen doors were not properly adjusted: two are askewed.

First of all the big window was cracked day of installing, was never ordered until I called about three weeks later and when he came on the 15th of this month he came with the wrong size and now we have to wait another three weeks. I am very unhappy with your service so far. Dolores
