They are wonderful!! I have used this company on two occasions (windows the first time, then more windows and a patio door the second time)!! I have referred Olson Windows, Doors & Siding to neighbors and friends who have also had windows replaced in their homes. The crew was very friendly, professional and fast. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all old materials.
First day rained out. Next day Olsen was there on time. The job was done in 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned up. As the 2 men worked, the cold weather was moving in (November 4). They were fast, efficient, and professional.
The service man for this company was very professional. He was efficient and prompt. This companies service was great. The cost of this service was included in the price of the new addition we put on so there was no separate fee for this.
The price was over $40,000. We had many quotes, and these guys were not hard sellers. We know we made the best choice.
They are a very customer service orientated company. They price very competitively. This was a bigger home improvement project so I got estimates with several companies. Had a bad experience overall. I worked with Scott T. and asked for a quote on windows. He quoted me Lindsay windows - windows I'd never heard of. Overall, I felt like the price was a bit high so i decided not to move forward. Olson Windows called, I picked up the phone and spoke with Scott and told him I was not interested in moving forward with the windows. I asked three companies to provide a quote for wood replacement windows. Olson's representative tried to convince us to go with fiberglass windows (Beechworth) and, to show the cost savings, also provided a quote for Marvin windows and patio door.
