<p>From the first phone callto the company to the last bit of clean-up everything went very smoothly. My sales man Dave came out back the end of August and explained in detail the windows and doors. I met him at the show room to see the windows I was ordering. Bottom line: I would use Olson again for windowreplacement. <br /> Called and set up an initialappointment to discuss replacement windows. Salesperson (Pat McGrath) arrived on time and answered most of ourquestions. The ones he could not answerwere mostly about installation specifics. The Olson team is great at listening to your needs, very responsive, follow through and efficient at the installation process. They replaced 5 windows in the home in a half of a day and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend them. <br />

<p>Olson Windows provided the most complete, down-to-earth, non-sales pitch estimate that I received. I replaced all of the windows in my house and 2 sliding patio doors as well as had a third patio door removed. They built up the opening where the slider was removed, installed drywall, insulated and added cedar on the exterior as well as installed a 3-wide casement window to match the window on the opposite side of the room. The estimator (Tony) came out to measure and provide written estimates. Tony explained the options for the doors and window in detail, and provided the written quotes promptly. Tony responded to all of our inquiries promptly and professionally. We selected Olson based upon the positive reviews here and our interactions with Tony.
