Kevin the salesperson was very detailed during the quoting process covering items likecolors, grain finishes on both the siding and trim, trim options, flashing, etc. We had another vendor give a quote and no detailswere covered. Everything from the beginning to the end was fantastic. Scott was a wonderful on the sales side of this project. He was very knowledgeable, a good communicator and kept in touch through the entire process. Scheduling the second measuring meeting and the installation was smooth and efficient. I had called for quotes on my home due to woodpecker damage on my siding. Additionally I had issues with doors and windows that had been unprofessionally installed previously by a listed famous brand certified contractor. Our patio doors were original to the house and were rotting as was the trim around them. Olson came out to give an estimate on replacing them. They had great suggestions on what would compliment our homes exterior. We were looking to replace the french doors and transom window above the doors but decided to go with a taller set of french doors and eliminate the transom allowing more light to enter the house and create a more dramatic look. Overall it went extremely well. We are very satisfied with the windows and the installation was relatively "painless". We thought the Olson window field estimator as well as theinstallers were very professional, efficient and nice to work with. We definitely would use them again if we decide to replace the balance of our windows and doors.
