Best in Edmond I have been here almost six months and I am telling you the location is perfect, the amenities are fabulous, but the most important thing about this place are the people in the office and the maintenance...Exceptional, experienced, professional, proactive, kind and respectful. Your needs as a tenant are their priority and they are ALWAYS ready willing and able to help in any way they can. Best place in Edmond by far.

love my apartment I moved in over a month ago. I love my unit. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. (The manger even helped me with something that wasn't even about my apartment) They serve with great customer service. My apartment is very cozy. The gym is great and open 24 hours!

Quaint Cottage Feel I love this place!! It feels like home love the yellow color of the buildings it makes you feel happy! Maintenance response quickly to any needs I have. The office staff is great they are always smiling and saying hi to you when your out and about. I love all the amenities they have too!
Hidden Ruby in the Rough I have lived at the Windrush apartments for over two years and I have renewed my lease for a third year. Overall, this apartment complex has a lot going for it given the rents they charge. The positives include a very kind front office team, same-day maintenance, a fairly new fitness center, two pools, a hot tub, and (usually) monthly resident get-togethers, which are free. So many cons outweigh the pros When we moved in it was extremely dirty and covered in what seemed to be tobacco residue and the smell was awful. So many things were already broken or broke easily. The floor was so thin our downstairs neighbors could hear everything and made our time here even more unpleasant. The maintenance guys will use any excuse to go into your apartment just to snoop around and look for anything they can report back to the office such as animals ect.
