Dr. Johnson was able to tell me in terms i could understand where my hearing was at. I have had my hearing aids for less than a week but people are already saying its nice they don't have to repeat themselves. Windsor Audiology and my hearing aids are good fit. Also cannot say enough about Lindsay Wilson good follow up. Looking forward to years of working together to keep me hearing.
I am so pleased with my visits to Windsor Audiology. I loved the fact that they were so tuned in to the precautions necessary to protect us from the virus. I was impressed with her knowledge and the way she explained things in an easily understood manner. She and the lady at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable the minuted I walked in the door.
Our experience with Windsor Audiology was wonderful. They were knowledgeable of the products and able to answer our questions. They were also very responsive to our questioned when we reached out to them.
