Great First Place to Live Never had any issues. Management was always super responsive, neighbors/apartment complex was quiet 95% of the time. Also, didn’t realize we could use the pool at Winding Hills until i moved out! It’s not “luxurious” but it has everything you need at a decent price. Also, if you leave the place clean, you will get back almost all of your deposit!
1st Apartment The communication and clarity from those in the office was terrific making the process smooth and easy. Love our new apartment!

1st apartment in 30 years The two ladies in the office, Tiffany and Katy were very nice, obviously I had 1 million questions. They were patient very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I found the apartment that fitted my needs. The apartment was clean everything in working in order and to my surprise, quiet once inside the apartment. Looks like they keep the complex up. I have only met a couple of neighbors so far seem nice normal people overall very good experience for me.

Great Leasing Agents and Maintenance Crew The leasing agents were very nice and helpful with any concerns I had with my apartment. Whenever I needed anything fixed, the maintenance crew was able to fix it in a great amount of time. Communication was great!

First Apartment Moved to Davenport for work and ended up at Windsor Crest. It was the first and only apartment I viewed because I knew it was the one! Adorable first apartment. Fantastic location, amazing maintenance team, in unit laundry, big parking lot, well kept landscape… everything was perfect. Only left because I relocated for work again!

WindsorCrest Lived at Windsor Crest for 8 months. Would still be there except my job transferred me to another state. The apartment was ideally situated and very convenient. Never had any maintenance issues. The management staff were helpful and professional. If I get back to the Quad Cities, this is where I want to live.

Best first apartment This was my first apartment and it was absolutely beautiful and I had the best experience, besides wanting the 3rd floor haha. The maintenance team is always so helpful and always so kind when I was always calling about my washer and dryer. A huge perk is how close I was to EVERYTHING, 5 minutes from my job, target and aldi, all a girl ever needs.

Great location I was in a very quite building for almost 2 years. Great location with tons of shopping options, and quick access to 74 to get across the river if you work in Illinois like I do. Maintenance was very responsive if something came up. My furnace went out, and maintenance was at my door in less than 5 minutes after hours. Only issue is that the office is ran out of Winding Hills instead of on-site. So if you need to do anything with keys or paperwork, they have you go over there.
