Amazing These apartments are so nice and have reasonable pricing, the new remodeled units are awesome with the stainless steel appliances and a European washer dryer combo. I toured last week and applied and got in next day!
A happy home I have been very satisfied with my time here at Windsor Place. I recently renewed my lease due to the great location of the property, helpful staff, and spacious apartment. Downtown Dayton and the Fairfield Mall are both under 15 minutes from the complex and each offer a wide variety of food, entertainment, and shopping for residents. Great place to live Theses apartments are great to live in give the since of comfort and they keep up with there property the people that work here are amazing and very understanding
Love my new space! My first apartment and I love it! A bit pricey but so worth it! Close to the university and local shopping, my neighbors are pretty chill too.
I Love it! I just moved in a few weeks ago and finally unpacked the last box! I am a student at WSU and it is so close to campus and I love that there are so many restaurants close by. The Fairfield Commons Mall is just a few miles away and everyone seems to be really friendly in my building. I will be referring friends for sure!
Excited to move in I am relocating to WPAFB, and came across Windsor Place and being out of state I dealt with Melissa via email mostly until I was able to visit OH. She was very professional and answered all the questions I had. I ended up scheduling a self guided tour last week and knowing they had limited availability, I applied after my tour. I am looking forward to moving to the area.
LOVED IT! I was recommended this property by a friend and absolutely loved it!!! The renovations they have done in the apartments are so beautiful!! Highly recommend checking them out.
cute place I called and spoke to Melissa this past Wednesday and she helped me get online and schedule a self-guided tour. I really liked the apartment. My best friend and I went over around 730pm to look at the model and we are still considering moving here. The landscaping is fresh and the common hallway and unit were really clean and nice. We really liked the locked entryways and it is on the top of our list. I already referred another friend who is transferring to WPAFB to take a look around.
Happy Resident Very safe and clean neighborhood. I feel comfortable with neighbors and staff and if I were to ever have a problem they are always right there . A bit of construction is going on but you can tell the grounds stay clean , cannot wait to see the after math !
