Every body was great
I have been a patient at your office for 9 years. I have always been treated by the staff with kindness, and every procedure has been explained before hand. On my last visit, the person doing the check out, was new to me, and maybe to your practice, but she was curt, and not willing to explain the check-out sheet. I had to call back in and talk to Kristin for further explanation. She may have been new, or just having a bad day, but she didn’t seem to fit the standard you have set for your office personal.
