Today I was in for a dental hygiene appointment, with Karen as my dental hygienist. What a great hygienist and human being!! She was efficient, thorough, and professional while always be friendly, delightfully engaging, and fun. The time flew by and when my cleaning was complete, I felt I had just arrived.
