Very kind, courteous, and professional.
Kenny is a Down Syndrome adult that needs assistance with verbal and written opinions so I (his caregiver) will write this for him. He had a wonderful experience. Dr. Hardell and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful with Kenny. They took the time to listen and understand him. They were attentive even holding his hand through several procedures. I had a wonderful experience at Winterville Dental today. They were prompt and the staff was so friendly. Dr. Hardell did a great job with my filling, and his assistant was so nice. My hygienist, Karen, was so friendly and she did a fantastic job.
