This is the way an office should run! Efficient, pleasant, and helpful. I called for new patient appts for my husband and I (which I had been meaning to do for months). I developed a toothache last evening so was motivated to get it done. When I mentioned I had a toothache, she continued to make new patient appts a few weeks out and then said, “ we can address your current problem; can you be here in an hour!” And, so it was, I was sitting in the dentist chair in less than 1 hour.
