Efficient and friendly
Everyone was great. I came in for a cleaning and they found a cavity. They took time to fill it then and that saved me a two hour drive.

Overall experience was really good, staff was friendly and explained everything that they were going to do. Staff listened to me when I told them what my plans for treatment were. I explained that I wanted to do one treatment at a time due to finances, and they listened. There was no pressure to get me to take care of everything at one time. Jessica went above and beyond in the appointment process to allow us to use our insurance benefits before year end. Shae was very attentive and caring throughout the whole appointment and after finding that a different approach was needed, two doctors, Durden and Whitworth attended to me to accomplish the work. The follow up about finances went smooth and I’ve not had the expected pain that often results from the invasive work. Very impressed with the team at Winterville Dentist.
