Quick and very accommodating. This was my first sedative/anesthetic experience and the team was very patient with me. I was nervous and got a panic attack, but they gave me an ice pack, elevated my legs, and gave me oxygen while distracting my mind. If you have anxiety about your first experience, I highly recommend this team! (I went to the Arlington location)

I am a big dental chicken and waited until I was 53 to have my wisdom tooth removed. I was hurting daily, by the time I called them. I should not have waited so long. It was so easy. I was sedated, it felt like I was sleeping for a minute, I woke up and the tooth was gone. They had a nurse, a paramedic, a nurse anesthetist and the surgeon as my team. Everyone was nice, respectful and listened to my concerns. My husband was given complete instructions on how to care for me and the needed prescriptions. I have had minor pain, I would say it’s tender, not painful. It feels a hundred times better than it did before the extraction. So, I actually had two wisdom teeth. I decided to only have one done yesterday because I am in between dental insurance, and really because I am a chicken with all things dental. Am I going back to have the other tooth extracted? Absolutely, as soon as the new insurance kicks in. It was easy, and they treated me well. Even if my new insurance doesn’t cover the extraction, I am going back soon to have the other tooth removed.

Today was my first time there. I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted. The dentist and the staff were understanding and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. I even told my mom to leave the dental place she goes to for this one

The staff was friendly and made us feel really comfortable. The explained everything carefully and answered all our questions. Excellent care. Would highly recommend.

Awesome place! I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I just wanted to tell the staff thank you for taking great care of me. They answered every question I had and made sure I was comfortable. They talked to me through the first part until they put me under, which calmed the nerves I did have. I would definitely recommend all friends and family to come here. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Everyone was very professional! We had a concern about being put under anesthesia for the surgery. After they explained the process we were comfortable with proceeding. Also like the detailed information on after care. The facility was clean and well kept.

I have had so many issues in my hometown with dentists, which is about 4 to 5 hours away. I can honestly say I am not one bit disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and attentative. I told them I had severe anxiety before hand and they were even able to help with that! Even more so than the dentist in my hometown was willing to do. I am absolutely afraid of dentists, but I APPLAUD the staff here.

Great professional, casual and clean orhanization. Case in point, my first two wisdom toorh extraction was over three decades ago. So here I sat thinking augh, FORGET ABOUT IT ! Then on Tuesday,at my 6 month dental checkup, Dr. Wallace once again recommended to get those wisdom teeth pulled. This time with xray vindication. He recommended an older specialist, couldn't get me in for 2 weeks and said that they probably didn't take my insurance. That made me want to keep the appt. (NOT).lol. My daughter in law, the lovely Mrs. Amanda, recently had extractions done with these guys. So, I made the call. Talked to them on Tues., got paperwork submitted in line on Wednesday. Those damn teeth were pulled out Thursday at 1400 hours. Only took 20 minutes. This is amazing. So if you need them teeth extracted and quickly too, then go to these trained guys. Go figure, Wisdom Teeth are all they do. So hell yeah they are great at it.

All the staff did amazing! It was really quick and no pain at all! I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and I would do it again only with this staff!! 😊
