Great Customer service ! Very Genuine! I haven't serviced or visited WJ Automotive but very impressed with the customer service , honesty and genuine intent to help. I called WJ today to book in for my AC repair, but the appointment date was too far. However, he offered me to do a quick inspection. Also, when I asked about the price for the repair, he actually went to the system to check the invoice from the previous customer with same issue and same car and gave me a rough estimation. Just got my car serviced, pricing was very fair and Warren was so transparent with future cost for my car to be able to pass a pink slip, he's very understanding with budgetting and has great customer service skills, it's a relief to be able to find a local, reliable and honest mechanic. Thankyou so much to the team at WJ automotive you can tell they care about the work they are doing and the customers. Highly recommend these guys for all mechanical work.
Our trusted mechanic, we had used for many years retired. We chose to try WJ Automotive at St Mary’s. We have had 2 cars serviced and have booked in another. Kept updated on progress of service and talked us through and supplied photos of repairs needed. Was very thorough. Looks like we have found our new mechanic.
