What I know is we can't get any repairs done if there are empty apartments to be flipped. we have to wait until they are ready to rent those apartments before the Maintenance can work on our problems that need fixed. Also he has to work here 2 or 3 days and has to go to Ardumen housing to work. they are splitting his days here to work. There is more then enough work here for him to keep busy for a week. Sadly mismanaged and understaffed. What management they do have will gaslight you and make you feel like it is your fault for being injured do to their negligence. Remember...they are doing us a favor by allowing us to live in the community. We should be bowing down to them. I wouldn't mind that, if I had proper heat in my home..
