My family lived at the Quaker Meadows " community" from July 15, 2020 - December 02,2023. I filed a complaint on January 26, 2024 with the District Magistrate for our area of Mercer County, PA - Farrell, PA - with Judge **** ****. The complaint was due to begin charged $530+ for ridiculous charges ( cleaning fees of $350, etc. ) + non-return of my security deposit. The property manager, like many, works for two Woda Cooper properties and is rarely at the Hermitage, PA site. I cleaned ( while working full -time ) for 2 weeks ... read more

I'd give zero stars if i could. This place pulls numbers out of their asses for pricing and makes us pay stupid fees when late whether we have a property manager or not! I was told my total owed was way more than i normally pay without explaining why and will not answer my calls or emails when i ask for my ledger printed off. I hate it here and i speak for the rest of Douglas greene apartments
