Regarding Douglas Green Apartments in Kodak TN. When I first moved in things seemed good. The Manager who rented the apt. To me was friendly and professional. So was Maintenance. The grounds and buildings were kept clean. However Management changed and no Maintance at all. The entrance way was filthy . The garbage dumpsters were unreachable because of layers of trash around them. I brought this to *********** attention in a nice way. My apartment had mold as well as the entrance way. Twice there was a fire started out back o... read more
