We were excited to try a new restaurant in town, but unfortunately the experience was underwhelming overall. The service and food were just average. My filet was overcooked, and the other dishes we ordered lacked seasoning and flavor. The cocktails were definitely the highlight of the evening, but everything else fell a bit flat for us. As a fan of Lisa and Bravo, I really wanted to love it, but sadly I do not see myself returning.

Our waiter was not good. We had to ask for water refills the whole time. He did not clear our plates. We were left sitting there with a mess. We had to all for them to clear our plates and he still did not do it. Beware they charge a tip without a notification and you end up double tipping. Shady stuff in my opinion.

I take no pleasure in writing this review; however, the experience was significant enough that I felt compelled to share it. We arrived for our reservation on time and were seated later than expected. While that was somewhat disappointing, it was not a major issue. Amazing decor, service left a lot to be desired. Appetizer plates left on table when dinner arrived,.In fact no plate was ever removed, we had to stack to make room for dessert. Thermostat set at 78 degrees. Food ok- bottom burger bun was soggy and sent fries back because they were cold.
My second time here. First experience was totally different, from service to quality. This time, not so much. First, they sat us at a table by a west side window with the setting sun beaming into us and making us sweat. They did move us to a new table. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay and were told they were out of it (only 3 Chardonnays by the bottle and they were out of the best one). We had a very disappointing experience at Wolf by Vanderpump during a birthday celebration this past Saturday. Our reservation was at 2:30 PM. We were seated and ordered drinks and appetizers, but after the second round of drinks, service slowed down significantly. It took nearly two hours before we were able to order dinner. Being anywhere near the dj means you cannot hear the people around you. Our server completely forgot one entree and we reminded her after we finished everything else and she finally came back/we found her. I told them I didn't want to be next to the dj so they sat us one table over. This was the second time I have been sat next to the dj. You cannot hear the person next to you at all. First time we came at dinner was great then we invited friends to come this time made a reservation for 630. We were seated by 7:30. We stood up by the front desk 45 minutes after we had asked several times the hostess and they kept saying your table is being cleaned.
