Lack of management, multiple request to get items replaced/fixed as promised by management never happened in the 8 months. The internet doesn't exist or at least not in building 7, again another items that was never fixed. The rooms smelled of weed all the time. Expired fire extinguisher mounted on the outside of the room, another non compliant issue. My check was misplaced twice in 3 months. Constant threatening of eviction. Took them 2 months to fix our blinds and other issues such as ice maker and breaker to our stove (1 week). Wouldn't give us correct keys to bedroom doors. Said it wasn't a big deal. Also... Internet is advertised as "high-speed" but connection tests show that speeds do not meet government standards to be called high-speed". Good luck on renting here. My advice. I would say thanks a lot and a lot for the ((regional manager of wolf creek apartment)) who sincerely help me to get the deposit, today I got my deposit after 5 months and half of waiting and many excuses from ((wolf creek office, in Jonesboro)) without any paper proof that we will get our deposit, each week we came to the ((Jonesboro office)) they simply said new excuse and give us new appointment. Guys don't come to Wolf Creek because the administration and the manager don't say the truth. I have been asking for my deposit since February 2015 without any response. Every week they make a new story to not get me the deposit.
