This place truly stands out and takes the fear and scepticism of online shopping right out of the window. The personal touch you get from Wink (who never seems to sleep and answers his e-mails at all times of day) and his staff (Jamie for example sent pictures of my ring over the weekend!) is a classic textbook example of what excellent customer service should be. I've done three projects with Wink as a client. His personal attention is second to none. If you are wary about shopping online, this is the place for you. They only carry Crafted by Infinity diamonds now, and having seen several CBI's diamonds, I understand why. Best of the best in service, diamonds and satisfaction.

Wink provides exactly the high level of customer service you should get when making a purchase of this size and importance. I can recommend highly the work he and his staff do.
