I scheduled an appointment with Wolthuis a month in advance. Took off of work for said appointment, arranged my whole day around it. When I walk in the door the lady tells me that they canceled my appointment. Without ever calling me, sending me a letter, anything. I probably would have rescheduled, but the front desk person was completely rude and didn’t even apologize. I will not be going back to Wolthuis Family Dentistry.
