I love the staff here! It all started with getting the wrong person on the phone ( a woman from billing ) who was patient, understanding and extremely helpful. She even helped me schedule*my first appointment ( and I didn't have to wait *months* for it! I was scheduled within the week! ) The front office staff is friendly,warm, professional ( and fast!) and knowledgeable. My appointment was only 30 minutes or so, but I never felt rushed or ignored. Throughout my prenatal, labor and delivery, and post partum care, Dr. Brown has been nothing short of excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable, talented, patient and warm. I feel very lucky to have her as my physician. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Brown to my family and friends
I was very impressed with my experience. The medical tech who took my blood pressure was excellent. The NP who did my exam was excellent too. I felt confident safe and secure during my exam. The robes fit too and it’s easy to work with the front desk.
I had my annual with Dr. Einhorn. As always, she is an amazing and caring provider. I feel so fortunate to have her taking care of me. All of the staff was wonderful and caring, as well. Great job to all of my friends at Women for Women!
